Cancellation Policy
Booking, Payment & Engagement Policy Applicability This policy applies to all individuals, organizations, churches, nonprofits, and businesses (“Client”) who book services with NIA WELLNESS GROUP, LLC (“Provider”), including but not limited to consultations, coaching, workshops, trainings, speaking engagements, and facilitation services. By booking services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below. Booking & Scheduling All services must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking platform or written agreement. Booking is not confirmed until payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received. Dates and times are reserved exclusively for the Client once confirmed. Payment Terms Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed to in writing. For organizational or business engagements, invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice or contract. Late payments may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or suspension of services. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule individual services. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment. For workshops, trainings, or group engagements, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled session or engagement without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may require full payment prior to any future bookings. Scope of Services Services provided are educational, coaching, facilitative, and consultative in nature. Services are not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Participation does not establish a therapeutic or clinical provider-client relationship. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for scheduled sessions. Organizations are responsible for ensuring appropriate attendance, engagement, and logistical readiness for group services. Outcomes depend on participation, openness, and implementation; results are not guaranteed. Intellectual Property & Materials All training materials, tools, workbooks, slides, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of NIA WELLNESS GROUP, LLC, unless otherwise stated in writing. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without prior written consent.
